SMS Terms

These SMS Terms describe the text messaging program operated by Cong Habones Inc ("the School").

Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive informational text messages from the School. Messages may include school announcements, emergency notifications, closure notices, schedule updates, transportation updates, administrative reminders, and event reminders. Message frequency varies based on school activity.

Opt-In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by explicitly providing consent through a School-authorized SMS opt-in form or process. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not required as a condition of enrollment, participation, or receiving school services.

Opt-Out and Help

Reply STOP to cancel. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact the School at Admin@bykj.org or (845) 351-0990.

Fees and Frequency

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

SMS Privacy

Mobile phone numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
